Glowing Golden Reviews for Maryland Gallery Show!

"The Comic Book Art of Michael Golden" came to a close at the Mosely Gallery in Maryland on December 2nd, 2010. But what an amazing show! Our thanks to everyone at the Mosely Gallery for a fantastic retrospective of Mr. Golden's work.

The Mosely Gallery is associated with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the only state run university that offers classes and degrees in sequential art. Check 'em out.

TV Interview with Michael Golden at the Mosely Gallery, at UMES

Hi Everyone-- As you can see from my previous posts, Michael Golden was awarded with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the University of Maryland recently. My hats off to UMES for such a respectful and classy gallery show, showcasing Michael's career and presenting over 45 rare pieces of artwork for display.

The presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award was also wonderful!

Here too, is a nice interview with Michael the day of the event, with a cameo by yours truly. :-)

Michael Golden Exhibition at the University of Maryland--Mosley Gallery!

The Mosley Gallery at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore is honoring groundbreaking artist Michael Golden with a gallery show and opening reception this month.

The Comic Book Art of Michael Golden, featuring over 45 rare pieces by the artist will be on display October 21-December 2, 2010

The Opening Reception, with the artist in attendance is scheduled for October 28th from 4-6 pm. Books, prints and original art featuring Mr. Golden's work will be available for purchase at the event.
